Hanan has been exposed to the world of real estate since she was a young girl, coming from a family of land developers, civil engineers, and remodelers. As a University of Texas at Austin alumna, Hanan has watched Austin evolve into an iconic and innovative hub of technology, arts, science, and sports entertainment. With two more degrees at the Juilliard School in NYC, she succeeded in an operatic career that allowed her to live all around the world and on both US coasts, celebrating other languages and a variety of cultures. Hanan built her successful solo music career on discipline, tenacity, and uncompromising excellence, qualities she now uses in her real estate profession.
What better place is there to celebrate her love of music and passion for real estate than Austin. A native Texan, Hanan has been part of the Austin music family and scene for years, performing with Austin Lyric Opera in her final years of UT undergrad, doing masterclasses to inspire young artists with the UT Butler School of Music, and then coming back to perform as a solo artist once she reached the pinnacle of success. Her character studies and research, marketing skills to optimize her career trajectory, and networking, made her successful in her prior industry. She has been interviewed extensively by news networks, performed on the world’s best stages, promoted funding for the arts, and participated in a plethora of outreach at schools, penitentiaries, and underserved communities. She has spearheaded fundraisers and offered her voice to raise money and awareness for a variety of causes dear to her heart. This rich background has given her insight into so much more than the standard agent. Her goal is not to be the top producer, but rather to be the best advisor, marketer, and advocate for her clients with a strong sense of ethics, discretion, and consistency of success across the services she provides. Hanan is proud to say that many of her relationships with clients extend beyond the closing table, turning into long lasting friendships. She loves being the source of all things Austin for her friends and clients, including having a solid, tried and tested list of interior designers, builders, residential service providers, exciting new restaurants, experiences and events.
A background in fine arts studies, polished design esthetic, and understanding of how an audience responds to timing, verbiage and visuals give her clients an incredible advantage in the home selling process. Her goal is to find an individual perspective with a fresh, modern marketing plan for each home she sells. She strongly believes that each home’s appeal is unique and tries to find the most compelling angle to optimize each of its qualities. Every detail that can be celebrated should be. To heighten her marketing strategy, she has access to Austin's best home photographers and videographers, stagers, and home preparation experts through her vast networking and client use, along with a personal Sotheby's marketing team to assist in launching any home to market.
With a significant amount of course study in pricing, contract, negotiation techniques, and after years of watching numbers with family investments, Hanan prefers to study the market and performance of the neighborhood and its relating features to make sure that the long-term trajectory, current pricing, offers above and below asking price make sense down the line for her clients. The goals are predetermined with her buyers and even as they evolve, they generally create an even stronger, more satisfying win.
Hanan's values include genuine care, honesty, discretion, excellence, and empowerment through information and creativity. She believes strongly that her job is so much more than selling and buying homes: It is the culmination of clients' dreams, goals, and finding their truest version of happiness. She hopes to have the opportunity to succeed with you in all of your real estate endeavors, providing an incredible and uncompromising level of service with strong business acumen to meet it.
