A graduate from the prestigious Queen Mary University of London, Guive Emami pursued his career in the real estate industry between the United Kingdom and Switzerland. During 20 years, he built up a solid experience in property brokerage, development, and customer service at Savills in London and within several renowned agencies in Geneva and canton of Vaud. All along his career, he personally sold or managed the sales of properties representing a total of more than 400 millions swiss francs. He is an accredited member of the [Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors](https://www.rics.org/uk/), an international professional organisation that determines quality standards of the profession within the United Kingdom. Ethics and professionalism are two qualities that Guive has at heart ever since his career start. After two decades as an expert in property brokerage, he became manager of Swissroc Properties in February 2019. His goal? To offer a selection of luxury properties as well as a meticulous service and customized advice to answer real estate issues faced by buyers, sellers and developers. The aim is to find the right property at the fairest price. Guive loves the diversity of his job. Each client is unique and moreover he likes contact and trust that grow over time with the people he accompanies through their property selling or buying process.
