Gina was one of the founders of the company, that grew to over 50 agents, with offices in Arcadia and Glendora. Gina was the company’s top producer for all eight years!In 2007, Avantra sold to Podley Properties, a family owned and operated company with six offices. Gina enjoyed being a top producer with Podley Properties for the next 11 years. In November of 2018, Deasy Penner R.E. purchased Podley Properties and we became DPP Real Estate R.E., a company with a total of nine offices.Gina is a California native, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, attending parochial schools, and graduating from UCLA with a Bachelor Arts degree in Sociology, with a minor in Journalism.Gina’s family is her pride and joy.
