As Vice President of Commercial Operations and Managing Broker at One Commercial, Gabe oversees brokerage management and administrative operations, providing strategic support to the One Commercial team. He assists in the delivery of market data, property analytics and research across all commercial real estate sectors. Gabe’s expertise spans zoning and financial feasibility, development programming, multifamily affordable housing, and comprehensive market analysis, making him a valuable resource in navigating the complexities of our real estate landscape.

He has had the fortune of familiarizing himself within the South Florida real estate industry for over 15 years. As a licensed broker his past experiences have included working alongside developers and investors on a variety of strategies including land banking, market rate multifamily construction, and affordable housing LIHTC programming.

Gabe received the Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism Degree from the University of Miami in 2016. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is a native of Miami. His passion for real estate combines with his passion for people. Working alongside agents, he is a value-add lending strength and support to the ONE Commercial team.
