Biography

Fran Ehrlich, who joined International Realty in 2001, brings almost 25 years of residential real estate experience to the Greenwich market. Specializing in residential sales and rentals, she has represented a full range of transactions through evolving markets, including the sale of Clifton, the highest priced residential transaction in Greenwich history at the time. She has represented homes showcasing major art collections as well as architecturally distinguished homes that are works of art themselves. A former vice president for a leading Wall Street investment firm, Fran has developed an extensive clientele from the financial arena with a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.

A longtime Greenwich resident, Fran has a comprehensive knowledge of the community, enriched by her familiarity and involvement with various organizations and institutions, from area golf clubs to public and private schools, Greenwich Hospital and the Greenwich Jewish Foundation. When moving to Greenwich from New York City in 1989, Fran and her family lived for 15 years south of the Merritt Parkway. In 2004, they moved to the back country, of which she is a great proponent.

Fran earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Lesley College in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She has a daughter who went to Choate, with which Fran was quite involved during her daughter’s tenure, and NYU Law School in 2008, and a son, a graduate of Greenwich High School, and a 2007 graduate of Columbia University, who is Senior Film Critic at Indiwire.com.
