My passion for Spartanburg has translated into my involvement in giving back to the community. Throughout the years, I have volunteered with the Junior League, Safe Homes - Rape Crisis , Spartanburg Humane Society, SPACE, and the Music Foundation. I have four children who were raised in the Converse Heights neighborhood where we have lived for 40 years and counting. I'm a proud resident of this central neighborhood and have served in the neighborhood association for 15 years. I am also a grandmother to five of the cutest grandchildren on the face of the Earth.
