1976-1990 Acquisition of a Public Transportation License Brokerage dealing mainly with taxi licenses in and around Munich. Also Consulting and Managing of as well as Advertising/Marketing for Public Transportation companies.
1984 Real Estate and Mortgage Broker license in Munich, Germany.
1994 Based on my frequent visits to Naples, FL I realized the great potential of the SWFL Real Estate market and its unique location with the Everglades just to the East and Southeast, the Gulf of Mexico with its unspoiled white sandy beaches to the West and Southwest and the expanding International Airport and new University to the North in Ft. Myers.
