Erica is a native Baltimorean and started her real estate career in 1997 when she founded ELS Property Management, Inc. She enthusiastically made the transition into real estate sales in 2005 with the passion and commitment of raising the bar in professionalism and becoming an industry leader while protecting the consumers' interest. Erica is an active member of various National professional organizations and currently serves a past Chair and current member for the Maryland REALTORS Global Business Committee and Chair of the CIPS Institute Sub-committee, Board member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America DC Metro Chapter, a three term member of the National Association of REALTORS Affordable Housing Committee, 2021 Vice Chair of the Global Business Councils Forum, 2020-2021, President of FIABCI-USA DC/Mid-Atlantic Council and currently servicing as a member of the Maryland REALTORS Finance Committee.
Erica is the past President and current member of the Baltimore Chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS, she's a past Board Member of the
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she' the past chair of the Maryland REALTORS Annual Conference Committee (2012), Member of the Learn to Succeed Real Estate Conference & Expo for Belgrade, Serbia and recently (2020) appointed as a Board Member to the Bethel Empowerment and Wellness Center.
Erica has earned the following Designations and Certifications: CIPS, CRS, NAR Green, At Home with Diversity, e-Pro, Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Military.
Erica enjoys traveling internationally, participating in 5k races, re- designing floor plans, remodeling and reading mystery novels. Volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
