Born and raised in Rhode Island, Eric has a great affinity for the state he calls home. After ten successful years in medical sales and marketing with Johnson and Johnson, Eric began his real estate career in 2006. He is regularly ranked in the top five percent of statewide agents and was ranked number 1 out 128 Mott and Chace agents in 2017 with more than 17.5 million in total volume. He attributes this success to his customer focus, loyalty, and his desire to make every transaction as smooth as possible. As a result, he has received the third party Five Star Excellence Award for the last 4 years in a row. "Whether it’s finding the perfect family home, vacation home, investment property, or estate planning, my goal is to understand the exact needs of my clients and deliver them. I really love all aspects of real estate including architecture and design.” He also sits on the Middletown zoning board. Eric is an avid surfer, enjoys coaching basketball, and loves spending time with his wife and three children
