Prior to moving Anguilla Elaine had already worked for top-
producing real estate companies and luxury resorts throughout
the Caribbean -- including GoldenEye on Jamaica, Sir Richard
Branson's Necker Island and the Bitter End Yacht Club. In 2002,
Elaine and her husband Bruce fell in love with Anguilla and made
it home, bringing their passion for Caribbean real estate with
them. After 3 years with Leeward Island Sales Real Estate, Bruce
and Elaine formed Properties in Paradise, with a strong focus on
real estate sales, villa management and luxury rentals. Properties
in Paradise quickly became the leading choice for clients looking
for expert guidance on purchasing and owning in Anguilla. In
2022 Bruce and Elaine sold Properties in Paradise, however
Elaine remains the lead and top producing broker with the
company.
