She is based in Boston but is currently working on projects in internationally. She enjoys the diversity and learning opportunities offered by working in communities other than her own.
When you think of someone who is worldly and who has always had significant exposure in the many facets of luxury, think of Dominika Colaiacovo. Born in Warsaw, Poland, she came to the United States. During her youth, Dominika was introduced to architecture, art and design and set design by her mother, Maria, who also had her own private art gallery. She helped her mother in almost every aspect of her business, thus allowing Dominika to flourish not only creatively, but business-wise as well.
Her education was an exciting journey spent in both Europe and here in the United States. She majored in Business and also studied Fashion at the world-renowned Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She later worked as an interpreter in the U.S. Court System and as a placement recruiter scouting the best talent in business.
Dominika also discovered her entrepreneurial talents at a very young age. She started her own business in jewelry design and was a Goldsmith by trade at only 18 years old. She also successfully ran her own golf company and designed and manufactured golf accessories and clothing.
Once her daughter, Kinga, went off to college, Dominika decided to apply her passions and experience and bring it into the business of real estate, which was a natural fit. She worked for a very large brokerage and specialized in residential and commercial properties. Her expertise in design, along with her artistic eye and business savvy has made her a fantastic asset to her clients in every step of the real estate process. Giving her clients vision before and after is her strength. She provides her expertise in a fun and enjoyable way, helping to ease the stress of the buying and selling experience every step of the way.
Dominika also has a unique niche market that has been embraced with open arms by the animal-loving community;she loves working with devoted dog owners. Finding just the right property to satisfy the needs of families and individuals who have four-legged family members rings close to home for Dominika and she enjoys providing that additional connection. She would be happy to introduce you to her Giant Schnauzer and best friend, Lars. She is so devoted to her niche, that she has even named her real estate team, Team Lars.
