Native Houstonian Diane Kingshill is a revered real estate veteran with an exceptional skill set and a notable talent for deal-making. Her award-winning work regularly appears among Houston Business Journal's list of Top 25 Residential Realtors and their round-up of the most expensive homes listed or sold.
Prior to real estate, Diane honed her outstanding sales and management skills during an 18-year career at a prestigious biotech company. She also has a successful track record of buying, remodeling and selling property. Diane and a partner formed an interior design firm that not only renovated homes but also designed the interiors and furnishings. That broad range of hands-on experience makes her the first choice for those seeking an astute advisory approach to reaching their real estate goals. She has a keen understanding of what makes a house 'work' and deft talent for spotting opportunity.
Diane and her husband live in the Galleria area, and they love relaxing at their family farm in Hockley. There, they tend to chickens and bees and enjoy the activities offered by The Clubs at Houston Oaks. Diane's grandfather was a founding member of St. Luke's Methodist Church, where she and her family are members. She is passionate about quality time spent with friends, family and especially her young grandchildren.
