As the Broker/Owner of Cabo Gold Realty in Cabo San Lucas, BCS Mexico, for the past 23 years, I have actively and successfully sold Real Estate in the Los Cabos area. My husband Steve and I owned the first three Prudential Franchises in Mexico. Prudential is no longer in the Real Estate business, having sold to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, so we went back to our “roots” Cabo Gold Realty.
I was also a Broker in Wyoming during my 32 years of real estate experience, and am now targeting all my Real Estate passion to Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, BCS Mexico.
I am a member in good standing of the Los Cabos Multi-List, The National Association of Realtors and AMPI and have served on the Executive Board/Board of Realtors for AMPI in Los Cabos. I am a member of the Fine Homes Division of Cabo Gold Realty, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, and have received the Prudential Chairman’s Circle Gold award for 4 years and have the coveted Top of the Rock award for the highest volume of sales in Mexico. I have also obtained my CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) designations.
We have made Cabo San Lucas our home and have great expectations for the unlimited potential for growth and progress in all of Los Cabos, as well as for the growth and success of Cabo Gold Realty, which now has 2 offices and 27 professional agents.
