Deborah Kern

Deborah Kern has delivered refreshing enthusiasm, excellence in service and top sales performance to the New York City real estate market since joining Corcoran in 2006. Her exemplary record of success is complemented by the collaborative relationships she enjoys with her clients and industry peers. In fact, Deborah Kern is NOT a Real Estate Agent. She is Personal Agent for high net worth individuals looking for a home and an ensuing lifestyle commensurate with their “global citizenship.” By way of reputation she is the undisputed leader in New York City Real Estate with a confidential resume of clients and premiere properties that are second to none. But if there is a word that describes Deborah in a word it is that she “cares.” Deeply. Not about “client satisfaction.” But “client happiness.” She is not only the first to tell a client “why” they should invest in a given property she is the first to advise them when and where “not to buy” regardless of the impact it might have on an immediate sale. At the center of every relationship, personal and professional, is “trust.” Deborah’s seasoned knowledge and intuitiveness, coupled with her impeccable service and taste, have resulted in a discerning, ever-expanding client list, built completely by referrals from her existing clients. Lastly, but most importantly, Deborah is a global citizen herself. Her British heritage, New York acumen, cultural curiosity with a personal penchant for art, architecture and interior design make her the quintessential advocate for her clients.
