Debbie McCabe has been in the Real Estate industry since 1997 and has charted her path as an award-winning sales professional. Since her first year in real estate, when Debbie was awarded Rookie of the Year, she has been highly committed to her clients.
Recognized as one of the top 5% of realtors within the Prudential Fox & Roach Real Estate network as well one of the top Prudential realtors nationwide, Debbie’s performance is consistently outstanding. In addition, she is a recipient of the Top of the Rock Award and has had multi million dollar sales over the last several years. Most recently she has joined the management team as Vice President of Career Development. Here she adds to her ongoing sales career by recruiting seasoned real estate sales professionals on the Main Line to the Prudential Fox and Roach network.
Debbie attended the University of Delaware and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a CPA. She has an extensive background in finance particularly as an Audit Manager with Deloitte and Touche until 1991. Debbie is a member of PICPA (Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants). In the real estate arena, she has an abundance of new construction knowledge. Additionally Debbie believes strongly in the value of continuing education. She has earned her Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) and her Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designations and holds her Broker’s license. Her expertise is proven by the fact that 90% of her business is referrals from satisfied clients.
Born and raised in Villanova, Debbie is well known in the community. While raising her children, Debbie is an active member of several community organizations including the Board of Trustees of the Academy of Notre Dame; President of the Alumnae Association Academy of Notre Dame 2006-2008, Member of Riverbend Environmental Education Center Steering Committee, Member of Athletic Ministry
Committee St. Katharine of Siena Parish, Member of Overbrook Golf Club, Member of the Catholic Philopatrian Literary Institute-Philadelphia.
Having lived in London, England for several years, Debbie has developed a unique approach and perspective. Within her out-of-the-ordinary life experiences, she attended classes at Le Cordon Bleu in London and is also a marathon runner who has completed over 10 marathons including Boston, Chicago, New York London and Berlin. In addition to her participation, she has raised several thousands of dollars to support various local charities including “Back on My Feet”. Debbie’s remarkable history shapes her real estate strategy, thus benefiting her clients.
