As a driven professional with experience and education in the financial industry, small business development and real estate sectors, DeAnn appreciates gaining most of her knowledge for business by working her way up through the banking industry in the Midwest for a period of over 30 years. Her past positions include Loan Originator, Assistant Vice President and Bank Sales Manager. She continued her pursuit in this sector by obtaining her Series 7 and 66 investment licenses to become a Financial Advisor with a well-known investment firm. Her passion to excel in her own small business prompted her to open a new business in Naples, Florida offering packing, shipping and moving services along with many additional products through a store front operation where she later converted the business to a company called Box & Freight which remains active today and deals mainly with small freight demands both nationally and internationally. DeAnn’s passion for real estate always remained prevalent in her mind, and given her ambition to open new doors, she obtained her real estate license in 2010 in Florida and became a licensed Realtor®. Her further ambition prompted her to obtain her Florida brokers licenses in 2015, and her North Carolina Brokers license in 2017. She continues to excel, educate, and flourish in the real estate industry, and with her extensive love of the industry, travel and enjoying new adventures she'll be sure exceed expectations for all those who cross her path.
