Born in Wyoming and raised in Florida, Dawn Hulett comes to Premier Sotheby's International Realty following a 30-year career working in the golf industry. With years of experience traveling the country visiting magnificent country clubs, Dawn is a golf property specialist in the St. Petersburg area. A firm believer that how one treats others reflects on their success in life, Dawn strives to provide a trustworthy and respectful relationship in all transactions with her customers. Punctual, effective and a skilled communicator, Dawn has an excellent eye for noticing the details that might not be readily visible. She is a member of the Pinellas REALTOR® Organization and the National Association of REALTORS®. Dawn is a graduate of Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in communication for business. In her leisure time, she enjoys boating, golfing, gardening and hiking around the world. An active member of the community, Dawn belongs to the Kiwanis Club of St. Petersburg, is involved with the Florida Wildlife Corridor and the SPCA Tampa Bay. She also volunteers her time each year at the Mainsail Art Festival, held annually at Vinoy Park.
