Dawn Deegan has a diverse background which
includes both the film and music industries, working

Originally from Newton, Massachusetts, Dawn is a
graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los
Angeles and completed her first year of law school at
Massachusetts School of Law. After living in California
for nearly two decades, Dawn was bit by the real estate
bug while on a trip to Florida and has called Orlando
home ever since.
Licensed since 2005 as a Florida REALTOR, Dawn

When she’s not working for her customers, Dawn
loves visiting a beautiful Florida beach, watching
a great movie, and reading a good book. She has
traveled extensively throughout the United States,
Canada, Mexico, and South America while working as
a professional singer. She has enjoyed numerous trips
overseas, yet her to-visit list is still quite extensive, and
she looks forward to planning out her next journey.
Dawn also cares deeply about the welfare of children,
animals, and the environment, and she supports
several local and national charity organizations. Dawn
has served as a Big Sister with BBBS for 4 years.
