David and his wife came to the area in 2007. They immediately fell in love with the pristine water of the lakes, the mountain views, the landscape being virtually untouched by humans, kindness of the people and four distinct seasons. They bought that year and moved here full time in 2010. When he isn’t working with families helping them find their ideal home or home site you’ll probably find him enjoying all the outdoor activities that the area offers. These include: golf, pickleball, tennis, hiking with our dogs and spending time on the lakes. Typically, he starts his day out at the exercise club because find it invigorating. However, those that really know him, believe it’s due to my enjoyment of food and spirits.
David’s goal is to serve sellers, buyers and investors who are considering the Lake Keowee area with honesty, integrity, and unwavering representation. Striving for lifelong relationships with his clients and to be a constant resource for years after the transaction.
