David has over 10 years of successful sales experience. He became a real estate agent in California in 2006 and then moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2008. David has real estate licenses in North and South Carolina and California. He has steadily built a strong client base with a reputation for honesty, integrity, diligence and perseverance. David specializes in residential real estate for primary residences, second homes, vacation homes and investment properties. He works with sellers and buyers providing real estate services in the United States and internationally.

David is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the North Carolina Association Of REALTORS, the Charlotte Regional REALTOR Association, the Triangle International Council Of REALTORS and the SDAR Global Real Estate Council. David is fluent in Spanish. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, painting and cooking.
