I enjoy bringing inspiration to people’s lives. I’ve been blessed to do this with my husband as the co-author of 10 New York Times bestselling Chicken Soup for the Soul books, in the sales, marketing and development of luxury homes, by supporting worthy causes and through my faith.

Luxury real estate inspires me. I represent celebrities, athletes, business leaders and other high net worth individuals because I enjoy the high standards and discretion expected by this clientele, and the networking and negotiation needed to close deals. As a former CPA/Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, I have been told by my clients that the market analyses I put together bring clarity to their decision making process.

I have lived in the heart of the Paradise Valley, AZ luxury market for 17 years, and know the market from the perspective of both an owner and a luxury specialist. I am knowledgable about properties on the market, but also know what’s not on the market, and have the personal relationships to successfully navigate this arena. Having developed oceanfront homes in Hawaii, I also have an understanding of the joys and frustrations of the design/build process, and have excellent industry contacts to share with my clients.

I love seeing people find their dream home, and this inspires me to help them acquire the perfect home, the ideal lot, or to sell their existing home so they can dream again. When you take the time to really understand your client’s needs and wants, and then put your heart, mind and soul into the process, great things happen.
