Christina Ely was 13 years old when her family introduced her to the Lowcountry from her home state of Ohio. The family has owned property on Hilton Head Island, in the nearby community of Bluffton, and on Daufuskie Island since 1962.
Christina’s passion for the Lowcountry is authentically palpable. She is motivated by introducing newcomers to her community, and her clients will discover more than they ever thought they could with local guidance and her inside expertise.
Those who work with Christina gain the advantage of someone who has been involved on all sides of the real estate transaction;from working with her husband who manages Fairway Mortgage, to managing regulatory compliance as an Administrative Coordinator, and training and onboarding new real estate agents to the company, there are very few real estate skills she does not possess. With a laser focus on her client's needs and desires, Christina opens up opportunities that benefit everyone who works with her. When not showing property or working with industry professionals, Chris can be found in Bluffton, participating in neighborhood social events, boating, and spending quality time with family.
