Christian Perry is deeply entrenched in Greenwich and the local real estate marketplace in both Connecticut and New York. Perry holds a Master's Degree from the New York Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors, Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, and SmartMLS. He is a successful residential builder and developer of 20 years, which provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the use of space and requirements that assist in making a home suitable for his clients. Perry is an active member of the community serving on boards including the YMCA, First Tee, Boy Scouts and The Civil Air Patrol becoming 2 Lieutenant with search and rescue. Leading up to real estate, Perry worked in the financial sector with Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Manager. He is recognized as an award-winning film and television choreographer and a ballroom dancer featured on the American television series, Dancing with the Stars. Perry served on the Directors' peer group for the Emmys Television Academy, owned and sold a chain of ballroom studios in Los Angeles, is a recreational airplane pilot and an avid equine enthusiast with his Gypsian horse, Versailles. During his family time, Perry enjoys leisurely rides through mid-country Greenwich in his stylish horse-drawn carriage with his wife, Annette, and 2 children. Perry is fluent in Spanish and enjoys sharing the diversity that Greenwich offers.
