Chris Foster, a native Houstonian, comes to John Daugherty, Realtors with 20+ years of experience in sales and marketing. In
addition, he owned his own small business, Foster’s Fitness Foods, where he prepared healthy meals for personal trainers and
their clients.
Chris has extensive knowledge of many Houston neighborhoods including Piney Point, Memorial, Bunker Hill, Highland
Village, Inner Loop and Katy. His clients have said he really treats them like family and that he becomes not just their real estate
professional, but a friend. Chris has a natural ability to connect with people and believes in creating a rapport and building a
long lasting relationship with his clients.
Chris was the recipient of John Daugherty’s “Spirit Award” for 2013 honoring Chris for using traits such as energy, giving,
enthusiasm, sincerity and kindness to help grow a thriving career and meaningful relationships both inside and out of the
office.
Chris says, “My clients’ needs are most important to me, and I strive to make their experience satisfying, positive and hassle-
free. Always treat people the way you want to be treated.”
Real estate requires commitment, market awareness, research, and homework. Knowing his clients’ needs is Chris’ top priority
and essential to making their real estate transaction go smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Chris is involved with the wonderful charity Bennett’s Bears, providing Build-A-Bear workshop’s stuffed
animals to children battling cancer and other ailments. Chris was honored to be placed on the board of directors for Bennett’s
Bears in 2017 as the Houston director, www.bennettsbears.org for more info. He also enjoys working out, playing sports,
cooking and spending time with his Basset Hound, Abby. Chris also loves music and enjoys live concerts.
