Consistent client collaboration. Keen and accurate listening. Essential education. Rapid responsiveness. Whether you are buying or selling, you can count on all these exemplary customer experiences with Charlie’s dedication to world-class service. Simply put, he exceeds his client’s expectations – and has been doing so for over 10 years.
Charlie measures success by the satisfaction of his clients. He says, “I treasure the joy of uniting extraordinary homes with extraordinary lives all over the Twin Cities and at all price points.” His passion for client satisfaction is clear as the vast majority of his business is referral based. Charlie’s repeated selection as a Super Real Estate Agent by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine highlights this commitment.
His mission statement says it all: 'My mission is to provide first class real estate services and deliver an unparalleled client experience through commitment to the highest levels of communication, honesty, market insight and professionalism. Always.'
Charlie and his family live in a classic 1930’s Tudor in Minneapolis. When it’s time to unwind, you can find him camping, downhill skiing, taking in a Twins game at Target Field, enjoying a late-night movie, or hitting the Twin Cities dining scene. Charlie also loves to travel and seek new adventures – all with a decidedly positive outlook on life. Let’s go!
