Originally from the Kamas Valley, Chad spent much of his adult life living outside the area, working as a senior vice president for an international engineering-consulting firm. In 1996, he returned home and started a land development company while assisting clients in real estate sales. Today, Chad’s skills in management, finance and organization, along with his positive outlook, are put to good use on a daily basis for his clients and customers.
