Cass Zielinski grew up in Pittsburgh and spent time exploring its many distinct neighborhoods. This early enthusiasm evolved into a passion and intimate knowledge of the city that has helped to shape his success as an agent today.
With over 5 years of experience, Cass knows that home buying or selling can be a complex and deeply personal process—especially for those with little or no real estate knowledge. This is why it is so important to have a dedicated and trustworthy advocate with the skills and expertise to make it as easy and enjoyable as can be.
As noted by previous and return clients, Cass takes the time to listen and to understand each client’s unique needs. While he is patient and caring, his tenacity and attention to detail make him an excellent negotiator who will work tirelessly to get the best possible outcome at closing time.
Cass has been recognized for the past three years as a top performer in The International Diamond Society placing him in the top 10% of agents nationwide.
