Carol Platt is a global real estate advisor and broker associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Charlotte office. With an illustrious career spanning 44 years in the real estate industry, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.
Originally from Graham, North Carolina, Carol currently resides between Charlotte and St. Cloud, Florida. She pursued her higher education at Kaplan University in Davenport, Iowa, where she earned both her Bachelor of Science in business administration/human resources and her Master of Science in higher education - administration and leadership. Additionally, she holds a certificate in nonprofit management from the University of Chicago-Graham School of Management.
Throughout her extensive career, Carol's work has traversed various facets of real estate, ranging from luxury waterfront properties and commercial acquisitions to residential developments and property management. Notably, she has served as the CEO of the 3,200-member Osceola County Association of REALTORS®. Her contributions extend beyond real estate, as she has also dedicated herself to community service, serving as a Polk College trustee and chair of the Florida Community College Trustees Association.
Carol's array of designations includes At Home With Diversity, Broker, Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, and ePro, Internet Professional, along with the additional designation of DIPC (Dubai International Property Consultant) and former RCE (Certified Real Estate Association Executive).
