VVS REALTY established in 2016 is the brainchild of real estate broker Carlton Randle. Beginning his career with Prudential California Realty in 2002, Mr. Randle has become a well rounded real estate professional. Before he could start the standard training classes, he’d already listed two properties in which one of the listings he represented the seller and the buyer. At the age of 19 Carlton had to endure and prove himself time and time again because people could not believe that someone so young could possess the necessary skills and passion to sell real estate. He went on to building an illustrious career and shortly thereafter decided to learn the financial side of real estate as a loan officer. After selling his first million-dollar home to a real estate developer, that developer took a liking to Carlton and decided to offer him a life-changing job as a real estate development project manager. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to senior project manager and managed over a billion dollars of real estate projects in which he discovered, negotiated and brought to the table all before the age of 25. After the market crashed in 2007, Carlton moved back to the Bay Area and became a mortgage underwriter for the fifth largest banking institution in the country at the time, U.S. Bank. This opportunity further enhanced his real estate finance knowledge and has made him one of very few real estate professionals to fully understand lending guidelines.
