His knowledge, negotiation experience, attention to detail and going the extra degree for his clients has earned him positive reviews and helped keep him and his team as a consistent Top Producer in his company and within the Local Market. Featured on a TV episode of HGTV's Log Cabin Living, Season 2 Episode 6, Bruce helped his clients find the perfect log cabin retreat while filming the TV show. Bruce started his Real Estate career in 1990 working for some of the Top Producing Realtors in the Aspen/Snowmass area. Soon after he helped open and became a partner in the Aspen Real Estate Company office in downtown Aspen, Colorado. Being a resident of Colorado since 1981, he has been through many of the real estate markets ups and downs. After relocating to Steamboat Springs in 1996 his career has included working in the marketing of the Steamboat Ski Area, selling vacation ownership at Trendwest Resorts and providing specialized Real Estate Marketing reports while working for a local title company. He is very pleased to be able to volunteer as the Treasurer at his local church and is the past President of the Yampa Valley Fly Fishers working on river conservation efforts in the Yampa Valley. Bruce spends the rest of his spare time exploring Colorado and the desert southwest with his lovely wife and son. His hobbies include traveling the world, scuba diving, sailing, fly fishing, skiing, mountain biking, fossil hunting, rock hounding and being outdoors.
