Branif’s passion for the land, love for the Rocky Mountain region, and honesty and sincerity when working with and helping clients has propelled him to the top of his field as an expert in income producing farms, high-end properties, recreational ranches, and other types of large land holdings and exclusive homes.
Born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Branif prides himself on his Midwestern work ethic and values. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin in 1990, and before making the transition to real estate, Branif held positions in professional sales, marketing, and business management. Before joining Fay Ranches, Branif worked with the top producing real estate agency in Big Sky, Montana selling high-end properties at the Yellowstone Club, Spanish Peaks Club, Big Sky Resort, and Moonlight Basin Ranch. In 2010, Branif assisted in opening the PureWest Christie’s International Real Estate of Big Sky office where he built a successful real estate career selling both high-end properties and upscale homes in and around the recreational playground of Big Sky, Montana. After nine years of making his mark as a top producing agent in Big Sky, Branif expanded into income producing farms, recreational ranches, and significant land acquisitions here at Fay Ranches. Branif is one of the very few agents in Montana who understands all facets of the different markets and niches Montana has to offer, from high-end homes to complex large land acquisitions.
