
Bob Chapman has been your coastal Orange County real estate professional for over 30 years. He started his career in Newport Beach in 1979 before moving to Laguna Beach in 1984. Bob has touched all levels of real estate management in Orange County. In his recent career, he has been a Manager and Listing Partner with Turner Associates Realtors Laguna Beach (1991-1994), a Manager with First Team/Nolan Real Estate in Laguna Beach (1994-1996), the General Manager of Laguna Beach for Coldwell Banker (1996-1998), and the Vice President and General Manager of Orange County for Prudential California Realty (1998-2007). Bob was the Broker/Sole Owner of Coast Sotheby's International Realty (2008-2011). Currently, Bob is Broker Associate, HOM Sotheby's International Realty. Bob is also very active in professional and community organizations. Professionally, Bob is a Past Vice president of the Laguna Board of Realtors and was Director 1995 to 2000. He is also a past President of the Newport Beach Association of Realtors 2005, and the Director from 2000 to 2006. He has been Director of the California Association of Realtors and the Director of the Southern California Multiple Listing Service. He was the Laguna Beach Realtor of the Year 1998. With the local Orange County community, Bob served as the Chairman of the Design Review Board for the City of Laguna Beach (1992-1996), and was the City of Laguna Beach planning commissioner (1996-2008). He is currently on the Board of Trustees, Laguna Art Museum. Bob completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Tulane University, where he had two years of study in the Tulane School of Architecture.
