After a successful sales and management career in the Prestige Property industry, Blair Carter's enthusiasm for Queensland and the Gold Coast in particular, combined with a solid background in sales, is the perfect combination for his Senior Sales Executive partnership with Carol Carter at Queensland Sotheby's International Realty.
Blair's transactions have included the listing acquisition and successful sale of ‘Jade’, an exclusive 15-level Surfers Paradise beachfront apartment building, setting new records for sales of this caliber and location. His personable nature, dedicated follow up and international connections also ensured Coldwell Banker secured the exclusive marketing rights to this landmark project. Additionally, Blair set a new record price at the time of his sale of one of Queensland's most exclusive and high profile properties, ‘Baltimore’ on Soveriegn Island.
Thriving on challenges in the competitive and ever-changing property market, Blair maintains a focus on both his vendors and buyers. His hands-on local knowledge means Blair is constantly up to date with the latest market movements and information. Being highly approachable and with a unique ability to find common ground with everyone with whom he comes into contact, enables Blair to develop trusting, lasting business relationships – a quality that has culminated in a solid sales record and award-winning results.
Blair has been recognised by Coldwell Banker International as the number one agent in Australia for both the number of sales achieved and revenue earned; ranking within the top 10 International agents and having been welcomed into ‘President’s Premier’, the highest level of recognition within Coldwell Banker International.
