After joining Young Realtors, now Sotheby's International Realty, in 1992 as Executive Vice President, he received Young's highest honors in listing, sales and total production in each of his 14 years with the company. He was honored as Sotheby's International Realty's Top Producer for Ventura County in 2006. This production placed him in the top 2% of all realtors nationally.
Mr. Westlake, as he is known to his clients, is a full-time professional who specializes in estate properties in both Los Angeles and Ventura County. His relationship with buyers and sellers is not only a personal challenge but also a commitment to perform to the best of his ability, which results in the completion of a successful transaction. As a resident of Westlake Village for over 35 years, Bill enjoys giving back to his community while staying in the forefront of his profession. He has been active in youth athletics and senior concerns, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the YMCA.
