I began my career in the industry over 36 years ago – first in the legal field then in sales the last 20 yrs. specializing in Residential Real Estate. I hold my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Professional Management Network (PMN) and Commitment To Excellent (C2EX) Designations. I am a CRS Candidate, Real Estate Association Leadership (REAL) Certified, the Past 2022 President of the Sacramento Network of Women's Council of Realtors, Past (2021) President-elect and Past (2020) Secretary. As a Two-Term District Vice President for the California Women’s Council of Realtors, I have been Honored to Serve my State and Blessed to be a part of an Amazing organization that supports Leadership, Growth and Empowerment. I am HECM Certified (Reverse Mortgage) and a Proud Sterling R Donor for NAR's RPAC.

My dedication to the education of new-to-be and newly licensed agents can be attested to by my former and current Mentees/Students. As a Mentor and Educator of California Real Estate Contracts and Forms & Disclosures since 2019, I encourage continued education and developing a philanthropic service lifestyle to strengthen and transform our community. I am a member of the Sacramento Realtor Association’s (SAR) Education Committee;I was the 2023 Vice Chair for Education as well as a continuing Member of SAR's and CAR's Grievance Committees. I also serve as a committee member on various legislative, housing, ethical and policy committees with the National Association (NAR) and California Association of Realtors (CAR). As the 2022 CAR Region 3 Liaison for Housing Affordability Fund (HAF) and Regional Representative for Home Ownership Housing Committee (HOHC), I was Honored to work diligently for homeownership for all Californian's continuing in 2023 as the Vice Chair for Housing Affordability Fund and Member on NAR's Charitable Foundations Committee. I am a current committee member for CAR's Realtor Care Task Force working with colleagues to identify, strategize, consult, evaluate, enhance, streamline and improve the governance practices of CAR's nonprofit 501(c)3 charities and foundations.
