He has a wide array of real estate experience including international real estate investment, property development, architecture and interior design and has project managed several new construction and renovation projects. His latest development project won the 2019 AIA Merit Award for Residential Design.
Working in Commercial Real Estate and Information Tech Sales for large corporations gave him excellent negotiation and communication skills and an ease in utilizing market data and budgets to achieve excellence and confidence in any real estate transaction.
Andreas likes to listen and fully understand where his clients come from, what goals they like to achieve and how he can assist them in the best way possible. He strongly believes that acquiring real estate is a major step in achieving ones life goals and thinks it always a good time to enter the market as seller or buyer, as long as the decisions are based on knowledge and information.
Andreas was born in the United States and grew up in Switzerland. He studied, lived and worked in many European countries. Being a global citizen made him understand the importance of making a place your home and the significance of community. He moved to Los Angeles in 2002 and calls this home.
He is a member of the Greater Los Angeles Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and SAG-AFTRA.
Andreas loves to spend time with his wife and boys, is passionate about soccer, architecture, good food, film, music and art and can be found jogging along the ocean or out and about looking for the next best coffee.
