Andreas currently works as Associate Director at Newmark Central America. He has a history of more than 12 years in the real estate sector, starting his career in Italy and specializing in institutional investments and corporate clients. In 2011 he was recognized as a Top Producer in EMEA. In 2013 he moved to Panama where he specialized in the logistics/industrial niche. In 2018 he received the Top Producer LATAM award.He has been involved in major leasing and sales transactions for private and institutional organizations, and has advised real estate funds, private equity banks and pension funds.Throughout his career he has been involved in transactions (sale, purchase, rental and investment structures) of more than 10,000,000 m2 (ten million square meters) in different sectors, such as offices, hotel structures, industrial, and land for development.
