Real estate is a world that I was born into; coming from a family of developers in Mexico, I joined the family business and worked in residential, commercial and industrial real estate. When I finished college, I went to Massachusetts for an MBA with a concentration in finance. I then worked in retail, education, and banking before deciding to make real estate my professional career. My business background has been essential when assisting customers in the process of buying or selling their house where my research, analytical and negotiation skills have proven to make a difference. In addition to a B.S. in marketing and media communication and my MBA, I am a certified international property specialist (CIPS) and a price strategy advisor (PSA). As a Realtor®,, I consider myself an advisor and coach to my customers and my job is to listen carefully to their needs to provide essential information.
