Amanda Marie De Oliveira is a trusted real estate advisor on Cape Cod, with a keen ability to translate her clients' goals into the homes of their dreams. She has carved a unique career path that began in law enforcement communications in Wellfleet, Chatham, and Dennis, serving the communities in which she lives and works. Amanda's time in that field afforded her a comprehensive network of contacts and uniquely prepared her to interact effectively with a wide array of clients. Responsiveness and communication are crucial to how Amanda runs her real estate business. She also believes continuing education is paramount to better serving her clients and being an advocate on their behalf. Recently, she graduated from the 2021 Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy, where she learned priceless business strategies and negotiation tactics. Having been one of only 10 agents selected for the program was a tremendous honor for Amanda.
A longtime Cape Cod resident, Amanda can put her insider knowledge to work finding a special property in the neighborhood or town of your choice. Her own first-time home buying experience empowered her to pursue a full-time career in real estate. Currently residing in Brewster, she can be found cooking, practicing yoga, or delving into a good book. Amanda feels that giving back is imperative to building community and donates a small portion of every commission to a non-profit or charity in the name of her client.
Amanda appreciates your time, reviews, and referrals, and looks forward to assisting you with your real estate needs.
