The firm was established in 2009 as Amanda Howard Real Estate™, and joined with Sotheby’s International Realty in 2018 after being recognized and accepted as the premier real estate firm in North Alabama by the internationally respected Sotheby’s Auction House in London, and the U.S. corporate headquarters of Sotheby’s International Realty. AHSIR serves real estate markets in North Alabama, including Greater Huntsville/Madison County and Lake Guntersville, Central Alabama, including Birmingham, the Shoals area of Alabama, including Florence and Muscle Shoals, and Southern Middle Tennessee.
