After 30 years of living in South Dartmouth, Massachusetts, Alex transitioned her career and relocated her family to Naples, Florida. She joined Premier Sotheby's International Realty in 2015 as the executive assistant to former CEO Judy Green. Empowered by constant interaction with top industry executives and embracing the company's fast-moving, customer-centric culture, Alex moved into a leadership position in 2016 as relocation director with a strong knowledge of the company and its daily operations.
As relocation director, she is responsible for the growth and development of the relocation and referral department through creation of new corporate relocation partnerships and a primary presence throughout the Sotheby's International Realty global network. Alex carries the Certified Relocation Professional designation and serves as a member of the Worldwide ERC. Being highly mindful of the importance of participation, visibility and the relationship portion of the business, she regularly attends mobility conferences and actively participates as a member of the Relocation Directors Council, Southeastern Regional Relocation Council, Charlotte Metro Area Relocation Council and various Economic Development Councils throughout the company's footprint. This is a key component of constantly benchmarking against other industry leaders and professionals in the industry.
Alex's passion for exceeding all standards and maintaining a commitment to the highest level of customer service has resulted in company recognition by Aires Relocation in 2019 with the Gold Level of Excellence Award, as well as recipient of performance recognitions in the Cartus Broker Network.
