I have lived in Puerto Vallarta for the last 19 years. After living in different parts of the world, I decided to make this beautiful city my home. Used to visit my family for a month every year; so, the only place in Mexico, to which I would come back, was Puerto Vallarta. I started my real estate career one month after arriving, so my life here has been tied to the real estate industry the whole time.
Was vicepresident of the Riviera Nayarita chapter of AMPI (the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals) for 5 years, under Tere Kimball, then president of the chapter for 3 years. Our personal goal has been to implement a mandatory license complying with professional standards, giving proper answers to the national and international markets, always based on real statistics and highest ethical standards.
Tere Kimball(Our company director) and I were part of the small group of people that led the implementation of an MLS system in our market, FlexMLS. Since 2010, we have this tool, helping us have a well informed, well priced market, based on real information with real time statistics.
Founded Carpe Diem Real Estate in 2009, then joined forces with Prudential California Realty, and put CDRE to the side for a few years. Once the franchise expired we joined Via Capitale, a member of the Brookfield Group, to address the French-Canadian market and in 2021 we decided to go back to our brand, CARPE DIEM REAL ESTATE, Seize the day!!!
