Upon arrival you are greeted by the spectacular 25-foot carved Mayan wall, and as you enter the property you will walk across a prayer welcoming you to leave behind worldly cares and enter into a world of tranquillity. Continue down the unique pathways created from thousands of leaves and flowers from the surrounding jungles and you will begin to feel the serene energy that envelops you. You walk by an outdoor gazebo and a Zen garden to enjoy dinner or relaxing conversation. As you approach the main house you will be struck by the enormous and skillfully carved wood door depicting the most revered Mayan King. And as you open the door you will stand before a giant, half-ton volcanic obsidian carved statue of the last Mayan emperor and empress. A three-story marble staircase winds around the 21-foot, 250,000-beaded-crystal chandelier built by Be. And as you look forward, you will think that you are looking at a mural, but in fact it is the unscathed private beach allowing you an infinity view of the expansive blue-green sea.

Located in front of an internationally protected underwater park along the Belize barrier reef, the second largest only to Australia, swim among schools of multiple colored fish and corals. La Mansion offers a private white sand beach and world-class diving and snorkeling. Nearby is Puerto Morelos which offers a bohemian charm reminiscent of its village roots.
