Design Details.

A seamless blend of architecture and interior design, the strong, clean lines and calming, natural color palette are a nod to the Asian influence which has been a stronghold in Hawaiian design since the 19th Century. Rich, dark woods are contrasted with elegant fabrics of varying textures and accents of whites, grays, and blues. Each custom art piece and lighting fixture is distinct and substantial. Each accessory has a sense of purpose. The result is an elegant mix of formality, drama, and simplicity.

The main gathering room is grand in size yet inviting in presence and symmetry. The expansive ceiling is inlayed with grass thatching, detailed with substantial mahogany beams, and anchored by two sizable hand-painted Asian pendants. The central sofa grouping is flanked bytwo inset art niches with dramatic hanging “link” sculptures formed from zebra wood, and two wall recesses with mimicking seating vignettes. Sliding glass doors open to blend the space directly with the adjacent lanai and pool/spa.

Buyer shall pay to Concierge a “Buyer's Premium” in addition to the Purchase Price for the Property. The Buyer's Premium is not a real estate commission; it is the fee that Concierge charges to bidders for bringing the Property to auction.
