James has held his Brokers license in Southern California for over a decade and in 2004, opened the Highland & Crest Group, a small boutique firm that promoted a culture centered on exceptional customer service and professionalism_**.**_ James is a pro at establishing long-term trust-based relationships with clients. When he isn’t busy working you can find him cruising along Pacific Coast Highway in his 1967 split-window Volkswagen bus in search of perfect or even decent surf.
