Santa Lucia Preserve Estate Sells at Auction

A riverfront estate located on approximately three gated acres boasting nearly 230 feet along the American Heritage St. Johns River, Florida’s longest river, sold December 1, 2011. The closing will mark the highest sale price in the past two years from San Marco through Mandarin.
