Estimated Bidding Range. An estimated bidding range is offered for each of our auction properties. The range assists buyers by clearly identifying the expected opportunity at each auction. Please note that the bidding range is the opinion of the Concierge team following extensive market analysis yet is not guaranteed.

Buyers must register for each property for which they will be bidding. The following is a list of items needed to bid:

Photo Identification
Bidder's Validation Check: A certified or cashier's check, made payable to yourself must be presented prior to bidding. This amount varies by property, so see the individual auction's terms and conditions for details.
Deposit Check: A blank personal check, to complete the contract deposit and buyer premium if you are the winning bidder.
