Our services do not begin and end at the onset of a particular transaction. Your affiliation with Concierge also gives you a flow of new business opportunities that includes access to an ever-changing list of new luxury listings and a growing list of buyers looking to purchase luxury properties.

For buyer’s agents we:

Identify the most motivated sellers in a marketplace. Our listings are owned by sellers who not only want to sell but also are capable of accepting a market-driven price.
Provide available diligence materials and ease of access prior to auction. Your buyers are able to research the property documents and conduct any desired inspections prior to bidding.
If your buyer is the winning bidder, you are compensated with a standard market rate commission. See individual property Auction Terms & Conditions of Sale as attached to each property’s listing on this site for details regarding auction Realtor compensation.

For seller’s agents we:

Create a customized global marketing campaign, with your expert input about the target buyer and choice media outlets, and orchestrate that campaign throughout the auction exposure period.
Personally administer all incoming inquiries, assist with on-the-ground local outreach efforts, and qualify prospective bidders.
Present an ongoing stream of quality referrals whenever we receive a listing in your market direct from a seller that does not have local representation.
